Trevor Story

Trevor Story is the starting second baseman for the Boston Red Sox. Growing up in Irving, Texas, Trevor was drafted directly out of high school by the Colorado Rockies in the first round of the 2011 MLB Draft. He began his professional career in Colorado with an impressive debut, becoming the first player in MLB history to homer in each of his first three games.

In March of 2022, Trevor signed a six-year $140 million dollar contract with the Red Sox and made the switch from shortstop to second base. Following that deal, he became the first second baseman in the major leagues to have three home runs and a stolen base in the same game. Throughout his career, Trevor has been a 2x MLB All-Star and 2x Silver Slugger. His versatility, speed, and elite defending skills have helped him bring power to the Boston lineup and set him apart from the pack.

When he’s not on the field, Trevor spends his time as an avid golfer, sneaker collector, and philanthropist. Every offseason, Trevor organizes The Story Golf Classic, which raises money for the Irving Boys Baseball Association in his hometown of Irving, Texas. In the offseason, Trevor resides in Dallas with his wife and high school sweetheart, Mallie, and their son.
