Queralt Castellet, one of the world’s best snowboarders, is a competitor both on and off the slopes.

A silver medalist at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, she made her debut at the 2005 FIS World Championships in Chile and within a year was competing at the Winter Olympics in Italy.

Since then, Castellet has grown rapidly as a rider. She’s stood on top of the podium at the FIS World Championships numerous times, won the women’s halfpipe at the Winter Dew Tour twice (2010 and 2011), and took first place at the Burton Canadian Open Championships in 2012.

She placed third at the Ladies Halfpipe World Cup in 2013, took silver at the Burton US Open in Colorado the following year, and followed that up in 2015 with silver in the halfpipe at the World Championships.

Often mentioned as one of snowboarding legend Kelly Clark’s greatest rivals, Castellet has scored a string of podium finishes in recent years, as well as several high-profile halfpipe victories.

In 2018, she took first place in Aspen at the FIS Snowboard World Cup. In 2020, she took gold at the Laax Open, and she emerged victorious at the 2021 Revolution Tour.

Her next goal is to compete in the 2026 Cortina-Milan Winter Olympics.

Castellet may have already made her mark, but with her growing collection of top-level results, her media exposure, and her charismatic personality, she has ensured that she will be ever-present in the snowboarding world.
