Charly Arnolt is a host for OutKick and also serves as a reporter for select UFC fights. Previously, she was a multi-platform host and reporter at ESPN where she contributed to First Take, SportsCenter, NFL Blitz (international show), and First Take, Her Take podcast, along with other digital shows across the industry-leading sports streaming service. Prior to joining ESPN, Charly served as a host/reporter for the WWE, where she went by her alias Charly Caruso.
Before joining the WWE, she was a co-host on the nationally syndicated radio show, The Bob and Tom Show, a comedy talk news and sports program, and the host of her self-created web show “BackTalk Ball,” which combined sports, entertainment and comedy.
Charly also spent several years as a sports anchor and reporter for the FOX and CBS affiliates in her hometown of Indianapolis. There, Charly worked closely with the Colts, Pacers, IndyCar circuit and various NCAA programs, such as Indiana, Purdue and Butler. Additionally, she has spent time covering the sports and news scenes in Kansas City, Missouri, at the FOX affiliate and in Huntington/Charleston, West Virginia, at the NBC affiliate.
She attended American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
