Wasia Project are sibling duo William G. Hardy and Olivia Hardy. Their mixed British-Asian heritage and musical upbringing have inspired their global approach to pop, melding styles and influences that cut across genre lines. In their songs, bedroom DIY combines with classical intellect, soft disco melds with freewheeling jazz, in a merging that's underpinned by the duo's deep knowledge of distinct musical styles. They recently completed a sold out 7-date 2024 UK headline tour and have just supported Tom Odell on his EU tour. They are embarking on their debut US tour supporting Icelandic jazz sensation Laufey this April, followed by two headline dates in LA & NY that sold out in seconds. William is also known for his role as Tao Xu in Netflix LGBTQI+ smash hit drama series Heartstopper – the band's breakout hit 'ur so pretty' featured in the pivotal final scene of the second series season finale, which aired early August 2023. They most recently released single 'Is This What Love Is?,' taken from a forthcoming EP out later this year. 'Is This What Love Is?' follows a series of exquisite 2023 singles; 'Remember When,' "My Lover Is Sleeping" and 'Petals on the Moon.'
