We were challenged to help pioneer the festival partnership space with long-term client AmEx and the country’s largest-grossing festival, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The result was that for the first time in its 16-year history, Coachella allowed for an “Official Payment Partner,” which we took as an opportunity to create a better experience for music lovers.
We negotiated for prominent branding and Card Member benefits at more than 700 points of sale and hospitality access for card members, including VIP weekend passes, exclusive lounge access and curated programming, making payments seamless and the day painless for festival goers.
