Nolan Arenado is the starting third baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals and one of the best players in the game today. Arenado, a native of Newport Beach, California, was selected in the second round of the 2009 MLB Draft by the Colorado Rockies. Since his debut in 2013, Arenado has been nothing short of a sensation, recording three major league hits in his second game and a grand slam in his sixth start. Following his debut season with the Rockies, Arenado became the first NL rookie to win the Gold Glove Award at third base. In 2016, Arenado made history by becoming the first third baseman in the MLB to win four Gold Gloves in his first four seasons.

Arenado was acquired by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2021, the same year he became the National League’s starting third baseman, exhibiting his persistent determination and unwavering passion for the sport despite facing obstacles. After finishing the 2022 season, Arenado received his tenth Gold Glove Award, tying Ichiro Suzuki for the most consecutive Gold Gloves. The phenomenal third baseman continues to add to his outstanding list of achievements, being named an 8x MLB All-Star, 6x Platinum Gold Glove Award Winner, 5x Silver Slugger, and 3x National League Home Run Leader.
